It is with enthusiasm and excitement that I bring you my first blog post! I look forward to interacting with you, my friends, who are looking for organizing tips and ideas to simplify your lives as well as ways to serve healthier meals to your family more quickly. I want to help you de-clutter and tidy up your lives. I know I will be learning a lot as we go. There are places in my house that need a good tidying.  I count you as my accountability partners in my THM journey.

Now that summer is fading into fall, my thoughts turn a bit more to my house. How did it get so dirty and messy through the summer? What are my goals for the coming season? At the same time, I want to be out of doors as much as possible as I treasure each warm day. There is tidying on the yard that needs to happen as winter approaches.

The goal of this blog is to serve you in whatever way I can through organizing tips and ideas and inspiration for healthy food choices. There will be short cuts toward a more controlled environment, as well as education about a healthier approach to the food we put in our mouths.

Trim Healthy Mama is one of my favorite things to tell people about. THM is so much more than a weight loss program, it is a healthy eating style that benefits everyone in the family. It is sustainable for the rest of our lives. There are so many good side-effects. I can’t wait to tell you about them!
